Reiki Level Mastership
Giving Attunements Cheat Sheet!
(Wash hands, brush teeth, use mouthwash, and or breath mints before starting).
PRE ATTUNEMENT
-meditate a little
-Ground yourself
-Cleanse/sage the place if necessary
-Create a nice environment if you like (ie music, lighting, etc).
-Describe to the person what will take place, that sometimes you will be
in back of them, in front of them, standing over them holding their hands,
sometimes blowing a stream of air into their crown or the palm of their hands
etc., so not to be alarmed!
-Ask for help during the Attunements (From “The Source”, Dr Usui,
Reiki Masters past and present, Archangels, etc…)
-Ask for the most perfect powerful level ( l, ll, lll ) attunement for the
person.
-Tell the person they can invite their favorite Angels, Saints or loved ones who’ve passed
over that they would like to witness this beautiful event. (silently or out loud)
-Surround yourself and the client with a protective light.
-Take a breath reach in and start parting the aura gently and smoothly take your time with
it. Take a breath & stick your hand in further and gently open the crown. MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE THIS AT THE END!!!
ATTUNEMENT-AIR
1) Give the individual some Reiki energy
2) Focus on the level of attunement you want to perform I, II, or Master (cannot be
worrying during the attunements, so don’t worry)
3) Person will be seated in a chair
4) Stand in back of person
5) Have their hands in prayer position
6) Draw the symbol in the air real large (with a beam emitted from the
palm of your hand) and say the name 3 times as each symbol is drawn.
Exhale. (do all 4 symbols in Master Level, but only the other 3 in the first two levels).
ATTUNEMENT-CROWN
(you from The Back) Person has hands in prayer position
Grab the persons hand & draw the symbols right in the
persons crown with a laser like beam from your hand chakra in your
palm, hold breath, visualize it coming out in violet color then blow the symbol into the persons crown (optional) while
holding their hands. Do the same with each symbol. Then pause if you like sending more Reiki to the person.
ATTUNEMENT-FINGERTIPS
(The Back) Then while standing behind the person,reach over and hold their hands, take a breath and draw the symbols over the tips of their fingers, and then ever so gently pat the symbol onto the finger tips.
ATTUNEMENT-PALMS (draw)
(The Front) Kneel or sit in front of the person
Person has their hands in prayer position, take their hands and place
them on their lap. Take a breath, hold and draw the symbol & pat it in
their hand. (Do the same for the other hand).
ATTUNEMENT-THIRD EYE
Grab their hands with your left hand.
Catch the thumbs with the right hand (clamp), as you place the thumbs
next to the third eye. Take a breath, hold, envision the symbols going
into the person from the hand into their third eye (like a water spout).Then pause to give more Reiki.
ATTUNEMENT-PALMS (blow)
(front) While kneeling or sitting take the persons hand out of the
prayer position. Place the hands on their lap together palms facing up.
Place one hand underneath for support, take breath, and draw and
then blow symbols into their hands.
Then put their hands back into prayer position. (take a mint )
Kneel, Right hand holds both hands together & left hand is on top of
theirs. Take a deep breath and blow a column straight up their body
from toe to head. Do this 3 times (Clearing the Light Channel).
IMPORTANT!! CLOSING OUT ATTUNEMENT
YOU MUST CLOSE A PERSON’S AURA!!!! Close the aura not
the crown, use both hands (cocoon method).
Move in circular wavy motion, envision it fluffy and smooth.
Pause and connect with the person, take your time.
Place hands on shoulders or just above the shoulders.

Then confirm that this person has received the highest most perfect
level ( l, ll, lll) of attunement that could be attained and that (person’s
name) has been attuned to the Usui Natural System of Healing Give
